About the Role
You will source and assess candidates for technical and corporate roles, conduct phone-screen interviews, manage recruiting processes and communication, lead compensation discussions, build candidate pipelines, develop job descriptions, partner with hiring managers, and improve recruiting practices and processes.

Responsibilities
- Source candidates for corporate, engineering, technical, GTM, and marketing roles
- Source passive talent that meets skill and compensation requirements
- Conduct phone-screen interviews using recruiting and selection methods
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, aptitude, and fit for requisitions
- Manage recruiting processes and candidate communication through close
- Lead compensation analysis and candidate compensation discussions
- Build candidate relationships, pipelines, and networks
- Develop job descriptions and specifications with hiring managers
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to build teams
- Apply recruiting best practices and escalate persistent process gaps
- Improve recruiting processes
