About the Role

You will own full-cycle recruiting for security roles, from intake through offer close. You will turn hiring needs into search strategies, develop specialized talent pipelines, improve interview processes, assess technical candidates, advise hiring managers with market insight, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

• Full lifecycle recruiting experience supporting security, infrastructure, or technical engineering organizations
• Ability to evaluate qualifications across application security, cloud and infrastructure security, detection and response, identity, or compliance
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system and sourcing tools
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on intake, calibration, and interview-loop design
• Independent judgment on candidate quality and complex searches

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting for Security roles from intake through offer close
• Run structured hiring-manager intakes and create search strategies
• Build and maintain pipelines of specialized security talent
• Refine interview loops, take-home assignments, and scorecards
• Develop security domain fluency to assess candidates
• Advise hiring managers using market data and calibration feedback
• Partner on equitable offers and candidate closing
• Handle sensitive role and candidate information with discretion
