About the Role
You will manage the planning, milestones, costs, quality, budgets, resources, and commercial objectives of parallel customer projects. You will coordinate suppliers, customers, engineering, sales, and external partners; manage risks; maintain project documentation and reporting standards; and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Requirements
- Degree or comparable qualification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience managing technical customer projects in industrial automation, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders in complex technical projects
- Experience managing project budgets, cost tracking, and commercial objectives
- Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, or external partners
- Structured approach to project documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, milestones, costs, and quality across customer projects
- Coordinate suppliers, procurement deadlines, and external partners
- Coordinate customers, engineering teams, sales, and external partners throughout project phases
- Identify, document, manage, and escalate project risks
- Establish and maintain project documentation, reporting, and handover standards
- Track project budgets, resource use, and commercial objectives
- Travel domestically and internationally as required
