About the Role

Lead technical and non-technical programs, optimize the product development lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, remove blockers, establish reporting frameworks, evaluate resource allocations, and drive program management best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise and engineering background
  • Experience managing technical programs at scale
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or related roles
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and system architecture
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with privacy, security, decentralized technologies, Web3, blockchain, or digital identity
  • Demonstrated success improving team velocity and delivering measurable program impact
  • Experience designing and optimizing processes and navigating ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Bias toward action, high urgency, and ability to thrive in a mission-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead program management for World ID technical and non-technical programs
  • Define, facilitate, and optimize the product development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across World ID and Worldcoin
  • Identify blockers, propose solutions, and drive execution
  • Develop reporting frameworks for program velocity, resource allocation, and progress
  • Evaluate resource investments against strategic priorities
  • Establish program management best practices to improve efficiency and accountability
