About the Role

You will lead technical and non-technical programs, define and optimize the product development lifecycle, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes. You will identify and remove blockers, create and maintain reporting frameworks for leadership, evaluate resource allocations, and establish program management best practices to improve team velocity and execution.

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise and engineering background
  • Proven ability to manage technical programs at scale
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and system architecture
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with privacy, security, and decentralized technologies; Web3 or blockchain experience a plus
  • Demonstrated success improving team velocity and delivering measurable program impact
  • Experience designing and optimizing processes and navigating ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
