About the Role
You will plan, execute, and deliver complex releases for the Hivemind Enterprise platform. You will lead command-and-control initiatives for autonomous systems, create project plans and resource allocations, manage schedules and risks, communicate progress to stakeholders, facilitate technical tradeoffs, and improve program-management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in program management, engineering management, software engineering, enterprise software testing, artificial intelligence, or robotics
- Experience driving complex software and integrated hardware-software releases
- Technical knowledge of software development and the software development lifecycle
- Ability to assess project efficiency and use cost-benefit analysis
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Power-user proficiency with Jira or work-management tools
Responsibilities
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex software releases
- Lead initiatives for command-and-control interfaces for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, design, and customer engagement teams
