About the Role
Wayve is hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive delivery, improve efficiency, manage risk, align stakeholders, and coordinate complex engineering programs supporting autonomous driving technology. The role is full-time and based in the Tel Aviv office under a hybrid working policy.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading complex, multi-team software or technology programs in fast-paced or early-stage environments.
- Technical understanding of modern software, machine learning, and robotics stacks.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to reason about complex dependencies.
- Ability to adapt and maintain alignment in high-tension, ambiguous situations.
- Strong project management, prioritization, risk management, and dependency management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Strategic problem-solving ability and a product-minded focus on outcomes.
- Growth mindset and openness to feedback.
- Ideally 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
- Engineering or computer science degree, engineering experience, or equivalent technical background; Jira experience is beneficial.
- Exposure to autonomous vehicles, robotics, perception, vehicle hardware, embedded systems, machine learning, simulation, evaluation, or safety-critical domains is desirable.
Responsibilities

- Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and improve tooling and resource allocation.
- Improve alignment across engineering and cross-functional teams through communication and shared goals.

- Align programs with strategic priorities through effective scope and resource decisions.
- Lead retrospectives, encourage feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
