About the Role

You will lead strategy, planning, and execution for security programs spanning security engineering, infrastructure, research, compliance, and other functions. You will drive security-readiness workstreams, coordinate security-control deployments and migrations, make technical trade-off decisions, and create program structures for emerging security domains. You will manage security aspects of infrastructure partnerships and provide regular executive reporting on milestones, blockers, and risks.

Requirements

• Experience driving cross-functional projects and long-running programs
• Experience executing technical programs requiring systems and engineering knowledge
• Interest in cybersecurity or regulatory compliance
• Experience using LLMs to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Experience reporting on complex programs using data-driven benchmarks
• SQL query writing experience
• Ability to influence without authority
• Experience organizing and managing complex programs and projects

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security program execution for Responsible Scaling Policy readiness
• Coordinate multi-team security-control deployments and migrations
• Make technical trade-off decisions across security, research, and operations
• Create program charters, roles, timelines, communication strategies, and success metrics
• Manage security aspects of infrastructure partnerships
• Prepare status updates, company communications, program reviews, and executive reporting
