About the Role

You will establish and run cross-team planning for recruiting technology, including shared roadmaps, dependencies, ownership, status reporting, and risk management. You will lead complex programs, connect third-party platforms, internal tools, data, and analytics, and support the adoption of Claude in recruiting workflows. You will also link recruiting priorities to company roadmaps and headcount planning, lead vendor evaluations, and help define long-term TPM support for the People organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical program management experience
• Experience building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments
• Experience driving planning and execution across teams without shared reporting lines
• Systems integration knowledge including API and SaaS data flows
• Experience with recruiting, people, or HR technology
• Knowledge of ATS, HRIS, scheduling, and analytics systems
• Ability to translate between engineers, recruiters, analysts, and executives
• Interest in applying AI to recruiting workflows

Responsibilities

• Build and run the cross-team planning and operating cadence for recruiting technology
• Drive high-priority cross-team programs from scoping through delivery
• Lead systems integration across third-party platforms, internal tooling, data, and analytics
• Partner with engineering and AI teams to integrate Claude into recruiting workflows
• Connect recruiting priorities to company-wide roadmaps and headcount planning
• Lead cross-team build-versus-buy and vendor evaluations
• Establish governance, status reporting, risk tracking, and escalation paths
• Help define the long-term TPM support model for the People organization
