About the Role
You will own execution of major initiatives, manage dependencies across product, design, and engineering, and ensure milestones are met. You will synthesize action items, improve SDLC processes, bridge design concepts with technical implementation, solve ambiguous operational problems, and use AI tools to improve workflows.
Requirements
- Technical program management, product management, or technical operations experience
- Experience navigating fast-moving technical roadmaps
- Experience enabling product and design teams to become AI-ready
- Experience as a founder, management consultant, or operational leader
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of major initiatives
- Manage cross-functional dependencies across product, design, and engineering
- Capture technical notes and synthesize action items
- Drive owner follow-through
- Design and implement scalable SDLC processes
- Bridge design concepts and technical implementation
- Solve ambiguous technical and operational problems
- Use AI tools to optimize workflows and capture project knowledge
