About the Role
You will manage model and product launches from planning through delivery. You will coordinate research, engineering, product, infrastructure, and partnerships; manage dependencies and risks; guide tradeoffs; communicate status; and create scalable launch processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Several years of technical program management experience
- Experience delivering complex cross-functional programs
- Deep technical knowledge for engaging with ML researchers and engineers
- Experience managing programs with external dependencies and multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to translate technical tradeoffs for stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for model and product launches
- Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making across workstreams
- Sequence work, manage dependencies, and navigate technical tradeoffs
- Track and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate launch plans with research teams
- Guide tradeoffs among speed, quality, and scope
- Improve launch processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks
- Maintain launch-process documentation, decision logs, and dependency records
