About the Role
You will build, challenge, and own end-to-end deployment schedules from physical build through logical handoff. You will reconcile plans with onsite reality, manage partner accountability and delivery risks, make escalation decisions, provide executive reporting, improve processes, and travel to deployment sites.
Requirements
- Experience owning end-to-end delivery schedules for complex technical deployments
- Experience serving as the customer-facing owner of a delivery date
- Ability to build and challenge schedules independently
- Experience coordinating daily with field and onsite teams
- Technical grounding for design and readiness reviews
- Experience managing vendor and partner accountability
- Executive communication skills
- Willingness to travel to deployment sites
Responsibilities
- Build and own delivery schedules proactively
- Challenge delivery schedules and validate them against onsite conditions
- Own the end-to-end schedule from physical build to logical handoff
- Run daily coordination with the Field Lead
- Make escalation and cost-impact decisions to protect the schedule
- Drive partner and vendor accountability
- Translate onsite conditions into accurate reporting
- Facilitate and document technical trade-off decisions
- Contribute technical input to design and readiness reviews
- Handle vendor underperformance and customer escalations
- Drive process and tooling improvements
- Travel to sites to validate schedules against ground truth
