About the Role

You will coordinate complex infrastructure programs across engineering, research, and product. You will improve developer tooling and release processes, lead migrations, establish reliability and operational metrics, support incident-response improvements, and align priorities across technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure programs in ML/AI systems or large-scale distributed systems
• Deep understanding of infrastructure systems
• Experience with developer productivity initiatives, CI/CD systems, or infrastructure scaling
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and ML infrastructure
• Experience working with research teams and translating needs into technical requirements
• Experience driving adoption of AI tools for engineering productivity
• Familiarity with observability tooling and practices
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Responsibilities

• Drive programs that improve developer environments, CI/CD infrastructure, and release processes
• Coordinate large-scale migrations and platform modernization
• Measure developer productivity and drive systematic improvements
• Integrate AI tools into development workflows
• Establish and achieve reliability targets for training infrastructure and production services
• Coordinate incident-response improvements, post-mortems, and on-call rotations
• Establish infrastructure health, capacity, and operational-excellence metrics and dashboards
• Translate technical complexity into clear stakeholder updates
• Align priorities and timelines across teams
