About the Role
You will own end-to-end in-VPC deployment programs for enterprise customers. You will coordinate technical workstreams, manage delivery cadence and blockers, translate engineering requirements, and create scalable deployment playbooks.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical program management, infrastructure or platform program management, deployment or solutions engineering, or a similar role
- Technical foundation in infrastructure, platform, or backend programs
- Ability to understand networking, permissions, provisioning, and technical dependencies
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience operating in complex enterprise organizations
- Clear structured communication
- Computer Science, Engineering, related degree, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Own program plans for customer BYOC deployments
- Translate customer requirements into workstreams, milestones, owners, and dependencies
- Drive execution across customer engineering, security, networking, and cloud teams
- Translate technical discussions into actionable next steps
- Run standups, status meetings, and escalations
- Feed deployment learnings into runbooks and tooling
- Define TPM playbooks, operating rhythms, and standards
