About the Role
You will lead cyber-defense programs, track dependencies and remediation, define security metrics, model program data, and build executive dashboards. You will establish operating mechanisms, coordinate security and business stakeholders, improve audit readiness, and provide evidence-backed reporting on risk and delivery progress.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management, security program management, business intelligence engineering, data analytics, security operations, or related roles
- Experience working with security, IT, infrastructure, cloud, identity, cyber defense, GRC, or engineering teams
- Business intelligence skills in data modeling, metrics definition, dashboard design, and data quality management
- Experience managing complex cross-functional programs
- Ability to translate technical security details into executive reporting
- Understanding of identity, endpoint security, vulnerability management, incident response, access control, logging, compliance, and risk management
Responsibilities
- Lead security programs across cyber defense, incident response, testing, detection, and compliance
- Track dependencies, delivery status, remediation, blockers, and decisions
- Define security metrics for coverage, control health, risk reduction, and evidence quality
- Build executive reporting views and dashboards
- Model security program data
- Establish program-review, escalation, roadmap, and reporting mechanisms
- Maintain decision logs and action tracking
- Coordinate security, IT, engineering, compliance, and operations stakeholders
- Support audit readiness and traceability of decisions and remediation
