About the Role
You will own performance measurement and release processes for the autonomy stack across vehicle programs. You will forecast reliability, coordinate releases with downstream teams, prioritize performance improvements with engineering leaders, unblock execution, and build reporting for engineering and customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Background in autonomy, robotics, or machine learning
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or a related field
- Ability to context switch across multiple projects
- Ability to make product decisions, conduct analysis, and build dashboards
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree, or equivalent education and work experience
Responsibilities
- Define and own reliability measurement and forecasting
- Drive the autonomy stack release cycle end to end
- Coordinate releases with downstream teams
- Identify and prioritize projects that improve driving performance
- Unblock execution with engineering leads
- Build reporting for performance and release status
