About the Role
You will own end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of major card issuing programs. You will coordinate across engineering, product, design, operations, legal, and external partners, translate technical requirements into delivery plans, manage risks and blockers, and run planning sessions and program reviews to ensure timely, high-quality launches.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years as a Technical Program Manager managing large-scale software programs
- Experience in the Card Issuing and Payments ecosystem
- Understanding of card processors, card network standards, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to engage on technical design, architecture, and data flows
- Skilled in structuring programs, creating multi-year roadmaps, and breaking down scope
- Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences
- Structured problem-solving and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience coordinating internal engineering teams, external vendors, and financial partners
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of card issuing programs
- Manage dependencies and alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Legal, and partners
- Define technical requirements and scope projects with Engineering and Product
- Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues
- Implement and refine program management frameworks and tools
- Establish and report on program metrics and status
- Facilitate planning sessions, working groups, and program reviews
