About the Role
You will own the EHR-integration roadmap, design clinical workflows, observe providers onsite, and make technical trade-offs across APIs, FHIR, data models, and platform constraints. You will partner with engineering, design, customer success, implementation, and enterprise clients to improve adoption and reliability.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of product-management experience
- Experience in healthtech or another regulated safety-critical industry
- Experience shipping products built on complex integrations
- Experience with APIs, developer platforms, or third-party systems
- Experience with versioning, documentation, and partner-facing workflows
- Strong systems thinking and technical trade-off ability
- Strong UX judgment
- Willingness to travel to US client sites
- Full professional fluency in English
- Based in the Brooklyn, NY office
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for EHR integrations
- Design end-to-end workflows from launching Nabla to exporting clinical data
- Observe providers onsite and turn insights into product decisions
- Develop technical fluency in EHR APIs, FHIR resources, launch contexts, data models, and validation cycles
- Partner with Design on trustworthy clinician interfaces
- Coordinate dependencies across product squads
- Guide enterprise health systems through rollout, adoption, and change management
- Define and track adoption, export, reliability, and support metrics
- Prioritize new platforms, existing integrations, and reliability work
- Create alignment across product, engineering, clinical, go-to-market, and leadership
