About the Role
You will own the roadmap for development and experimentation vehicle platforms. You will gather and prioritize requirements, define workflows and success criteria, track product KPIs, make product trade-offs, improve tooling and processes, reduce time to debug and deploy experiments, and scale capabilities across vehicles and customer programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years shipping autonomy or AV features from concept through release
- Systems thinking across development, data, tooling, and operations
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Cross-functional program-execution experience
- 2+ years of hands-on embedded-platform experience involving architecture, development, and validation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the development and experimentation vehicle-platform roadmap
- Gather and prioritize requirements across engineering, program management, and internal customers
- Translate requirements into workflows, specifications, and success criteria
- Define and track platform product KPIs
- Make product trade-offs and manage stakeholder expectations
- Improve tooling and processes for debugging, experiments, and data access
- Drive reusable and scalable capabilities across reference vehicles and customer programs
- Improve consistency between development environments and customer workflows
