About the Role
You will lead technical solution and architecture discussions, influence engineering decisions and standards, and guide refactoring and modernization while maintaining delivery timelines. You will build end-to-end software solutions, address production issues, improve testing and code review practices, enhance developer workflows, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of Go experience.
- 2+ years of Technical Lead experience.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
- Proficiency with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience with RabbitMQ and/or Kafka.
- Basic understanding of React and/or Next.js.
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing, preferably Google Cloud Platform.

- Lead refactoring and modernization efforts while maintaining delivery timelines.
- Identify and prioritize technical debt.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leads to balance business and technical goals.

- Own production issues and define triage and resolution processes.
- Implement test coverage and uphold code review standards.
- Improve developer tools, processes, and workflows.
