About the Role
You will own the unified Claude documentation experience across product surfaces. You will define information architecture, editorial standards, workflows, and content types; build automated documentation systems and quality guardrails; curate contributions; and use analytics and reader feedback to improve quality and discoverability.

Responsibilities
- Own the information architecture, style, and editorial standards for Claude Docs
- Design, build, and operate automated documentation systems and quality guardrails
- Establish documentation conventions and tooling for product teams
- Maintain the style guide, content types, and publishing workflows
- Curate and edit documentation contributions for clarity and consistency
- Track content quality and discoverability measures and use feedback and analytics to improve documentation
