About the Role

You will serve as the primary technical liaison for partnerships, translating client business needs into clear technical requirements and integration plans. You will gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements; align on scope, APIs, workflows, and system architecture with Product and Engineering; create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, API requirements, and data mappings; coordinate integration timelines and dependencies; support implementation and launch readiness; analyze systems and partner architectures to identify dependencies, constraints, and risks; troubleshoot integration issues with engineering and external contacts; and drive continuous improvement of integration processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical business analysis, product analysis, or systems analysis
  • Strong understanding of APIs, web services, data structures, and integration patterns
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Drive continuous improvement of integration processes and documentation standards
