About the Role

You will reduce ambiguity and translate product strategy into measurable outcomes by leading end-to-end analytics initiatives. You will synthesize quantitative findings into clear, user-centered narratives, frame analysis around specific decisions and high-signal metrics, and deliver actionable recommendations. You will partner early with cross-functional stakeholders, apply sound judgment to prioritize analytical opportunities, and operate with high ownership and autonomy.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product analytics or data roles within fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Experience leading end-to-end analytical initiatives from problem framing to decision-ready recommendations
• Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into clearly defined analytical problems tied to measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated impact on roadmap prioritization or product strategy through high-signal insights
• Fluency in funnel, cohort, retention, and experiment analysis with sound judgment on depth vs speed
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to align analytical goals
• High ownership, autonomy, and strong prioritization discipline
• Proactive ownership in surfacing analytical questions and driving them to decision-relevant outcomes
• Bonus: Experience in crypto or DeFi

Responsibilities

• Synthesize quantitative findings into user-centered narratives that explain behavior and inform product direction
• Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives including alignment, hypothesis formation, methodology design, execution, and communication
• Frame analysis around specific decisions, tradeoffs, and high-signal metrics
• Evaluate analytical opportunities and choose the appropriate level of rigor
• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations focused on meaningful drivers
• Partner early with cross-functional stakeholders to refine problem framing and align on analytical goals
• Demonstrate critical thinking, proactive communication, and active listening to translate ambiguity into defined analytical problems
• Operate with high ownership, curiosity, and autonomy and exercise strong prioritization discipline
