About the Role
You will lead, mentor, and grow a team of Software and SRE engineers responsible for the Deployments Platform. You will drive design and delivery of deployment and operational tooling, implement automation using Go-based GitHub Actions, and ensure reliable, secure, and auditable deployment lifecycles. You will define operational standards and documentation, provide self-service tooling and support to product teams, collaborate with product, infrastructure, and data teams to solve integration challenges, and manage team productivity and project delivery using agile practices. You will recruit and onboard engineers and champion reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability across the platform.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years experience in software engineering
- At least 3 years experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven experience managing teams focused on deployment frameworks, automation, and operational tooling
- Experience delivering internal engineering tools and platforms for distributed internal customers
- Experience building and leading teams responsible for mission-critical tooling and infrastructure
- Strong understanding of secure contract management and multisig operations
- Experience with configuration management for distributed environments
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and managing priorities and delivery timelines

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving technologies
