About the Role
You will orchestrate the delivery lifecycle for Infrastructure and Data squads, acting as the strategic bridge between centralized platform teams and client-facing divisions. You will use DORA metrics and incident management to monitor and improve performance, lead incident response and post-mortems, and maintain SLAs and SLOs. You will align platform product roadmaps with external requirements, manage competing priorities and dependencies, and ensure deployment practices meet regulatory and audit requirements. You will line manage QA engineers, own the QA automation roadmap, and drive improvements in automated regression and integrated testing. You should be prepared to work aligned with CET timezone hours (or within +/- 2 hours).
Requirements
- Proven engineering leadership applying Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Experience managing delivery of foundational technology services (Infrastructure, Data, Platform Engineering)
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Deep understanding of incident management and service level maintenance
- Ability to drive consensus across stakeholders with differing objectives
- Experience leading QA professionals and defining automation roadmaps
- Exceptional critical thinking and ability to influence without direct authority
