About the Role
You will own the relationship between product and users from their first signup through many sessions. You will design and run waitlist nurturing and launch-day activation, build segmentation and behavioral nudge systems, and run A/B tests. You will track cohort retention and LTV, identify drop-off points, and design interventions with product to improve activation and retention.
Requirements
- Experience in lifecycle marketing CRM or growth marketing at a consumer app
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze Iterable or Customer.io
- Strong analytical skills with cohort funnel and retention analysis
- Experience designing multi-channel lifecycle programs from scratch
- Comfort with SQL or BI tools for self-serve analysis
- Understanding of behavioral psychology as applied to product engagement
- Experience in fintech gaming or marketplace apps preferred
- Experience in crypto or web3 or waitlist-to-launch conversion preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the waitlist nurturing strategy
- Build segmentation models based on signup source and behavior
- Design and execute launch-day activation sequences
- Instrument and track waitlist health metrics
- Own retention and re-engagement across email push in-app messaging and SMS
- Design lifecycle campaigns tied to key user milestones
- Build and optimize behavioral nudge systems
- Partner with product to identify drop-off points and design interventions
- Run continuous A/B tests on messaging timing channels and sequencing
- Report on cohort retention LTV trends and campaign performance
