About the Role
You will own the API and AI platform that underpins product integrations and AI consumers. You will define roadmaps, lead discovery with engineering teams, and design APIs and developer tooling for reliable, AI-friendly consumption. You will coordinate across Engineering, Enterprise Solutions, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success, monitor platform KPIs, and support client onboarding and bespoke integrations.
Requirements
- Deep technical fluency in API design, versioning, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience building or owning developer-facing platforms
- Knowledge of LLMs and agentic systems and how they interact with APIs
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Strong product instincts and ability to synthesise stakeholder requirements into a prioritised strategy
- Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of a horizontal platform
- Experience in crypto, fintech, compliance, or data infrastructure (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the API roadmap
- Lead discovery with enterprise engineering teams to understand integration patterns
- Establish API design principles, versioning strategy, and deprecation policies
- Design APIs for AI consumption including structured responses and function-calling compatibility
- Own the end-to-end developer experience including authentication, documentation, SDKs, sandbox environments, and error messaging
- Coordinate across Engineering, Enterprise Solutions, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success
- Define and monitor platform KPIs such as uptime, latency, error rates, adoption, and integration speed
- Support client onboarding and bespoke integrations alongside Sales and Enterprise Solutions
