About the Role
You will teach technical audiences through webinars, workshops, onsite sessions, office hours, and cohorts. You will train customer technologists and champions, guide enterprise administrators through rollout requirements, create demos and training materials, and relay customer feedback to product teams. You will partner with field teams and travel for customer engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a software engineer, solutions architect, developer advocate, or similar
- Ability to ship code and teach engineering audiences
- Experience using Claude Code or a similar agentic tool
- Experience presenting to large live audiences
- Comfort discussing technical design with senior engineers
- Ability to support customers through complex problems
Responsibilities
- Lead webinars, workshops, onsites, office hours, and cohorts
- Run train-the-trainer programs and certify customer technologists
- Guide enterprise administrators through identity, permissions, connectors, spend controls, and data-handling policy
- Build decks, demo repositories, and plugins using Claude
- Share customer feedback with product teams
- Partner with account executives, customer success managers, architects, support engineers, and partner leads
- Travel for onsites, workshops, and events
