About the Role
You will help startup developers and founders adopt practical Codex workflows. You will lead talks, live demos, workshops, hackathons, and hands-on programs; build integrations and automations; resolve technical blockers; evaluate reliability; and turn successful approaches and customer feedback into reusable resources and product insights.
Requirements
- Experience building at, founding, or working closely with early-stage startups
- Software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building AI applications, integrations, and developer tools
- Experience using Codex or other AI coding tools
- Presentation and live-demo skills
- Workshop leadership skills
- Ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly
- Troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact Codex opportunities with startups
- Design and lead technical talks, live demos, workshops, hackathons, and hands-on programs
- Build Codex workflows, integrations, and automations with customers
- Resolve technical blockers and evaluate workflow effectiveness and reliability
- Create reusable code examples, guides, and tools
- Collaborate with account teams and ecosystem partners to reach developers and founders
- Translate customer and developer feedback into insights for Product, Research, and Engineering
