About the Role
You will research complex accounting matters, prepare technical memos, and assess transaction impacts. You will maintain accounting policies, support IPO and SEC reporting readiness, prepare financial-statement materials, support audits and SOX readiness, and contribute to M&A and systems initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of technical accounting experience
- Active CPA
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Technical accounting research and memo preparation
- SEC reporting and disclosure requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead technical accounting research and prepare memos for complex transactions
- Analyze accounting implications for revenue, equity, debt, business combinations, leases, and stock-based compensation
- Develop accounting policies and implement FASB and SEC guidance
- Support IPO readiness and S-1 and 10-K preparation
- Assist with consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and reporting-package reviews
- Support external audits and SOX readiness
- Contribute to M&A, system implementations, and strategic initiatives
