About the Role
You will lead inventory and supply-chain accounting for hardware and robotics programs. You will establish accounting policies, improve ERP processes, manage close and reporting activities, strengthen controls, support audits, and translate operational needs into scalable accounting frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Experience building or improving accounting processes, reconciliations, controls, and reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and financial data
- Analytical, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Responsibilities
- Lead inventory and supply-chain accounting
- Support BOM accuracy, cost assumptions, and margin analysis
- Develop accounting processes for product development and mass production
- Own inventory accounting policies and controls
- Lead Oracle Fusion costing and inventory process improvements
- Lead cost-accounting close activities and improve reconciliations and reporting
- Establish SOX-ready controls and support audits
- Partner with operations, supply chain, procurement, and program management
- Build hardware controllership and operational finance infrastructure
