About the Role
You will lead and grow an engineering team focused on AI-native developer productivity and infrastructure. You will set technical direction, mentor engineers, guide architecture, deliver developer-velocity initiatives, improve build and test workflows, manage critical incidents, and remain hands-on with technical decisions and debugging.

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow an engineering team focused on developer productivity and infrastructure
- Mentor engineers, review designs, guide architecture, and maintain engineering quality
- Deliver initiatives that improve developer experience and engineering velocity
- Build systems that reduce build time, queue latency, test cycles, flaky tests, and diagnosis time
- Evaluate and adopt development tools and workflows
- Integrate productivity tools into engineering workflows
- Lead incident management and root-cause analysis for critical developer infrastructure issues
- Debug critical issues and make architectural trade-offs
