About the Role
You will lead and grow the Admin Console engineering team while directing architecture and delivery. You will build admin workflows for data sources, security, deployment, and feature controls; improve self-service activation and deployment visibility; and partner with product, design, backend, infrastructure, connector, and security teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 1+ years of full-stack engineering management experience
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Coding skills in Python, Go, Java, C++, or JavaScript
- Experience building distributed systems or cloud-native applications
- Experience building enterprise SaaS, enterprise platforms, admin consoles, or configurable product experiences
- Experience with usability, governance, permissions, and technical complexity
- Experience mentoring frontend and backend engineers
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, design, security, and platform teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Admin Console engineering team
- Own architecture and execution for admin-facing workflows
- Partner with Product and Design on enterprise workflows
- Evolve the Admin Console control plane
- Improve self-service activation
- Improve visibility into crawl health, connector status, indexing, permissions, and rollout readiness
- Build workflows for scalable administration
- Collaborate with backend, connector, infrastructure, and security teams
