About the Role
You will own the technical direction of the LiveOps Monetization platform. You will lead the design and development of scalable services and dashboards, guide backend and frontend engineering, and make architectural decisions for highly available real-time tools. You will mentor engineers, lead code reviews, improve performance and reliability, and work with Product and Design to deliver complex workflows.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrate strong backend experience and understanding of frontend architecture.
- Design scalable microservices and APIs.
- Demonstrate database knowledge in PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Have experience with distributed systems, performance tuning, and monitoring.
- Demonstrate communication, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable LiveOps services and dashboards.
- Provide technical leadership across PHP, Go, React, and NextJS.
- Architect highly available real-time operational tools.
- Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
- Work with Product and Design to deliver complex LiveOps workflows.
- Improve performance, observability, and reliability.
