About the Role
You will help Tech teams adopt new tools, practices, and ways of working. You will understand current workflows, create practical support, run targeted change activities, facilitate peer learning, test adoption approaches, use AI in your work, design upskilling interventions, and refine enablement topics based on feedback and usage signals.
Requirements
- Experience helping Engineering, Product, or Product Experience teams adopt tools, practices, or ways of working
- Experience with internal enablement, change management, coaching, or learning design
- Experience creating guides, templates, learning paths, FAQs, or explainers
- Hands-on experience planning and running change and adoption activities
- Ability to use AI to explore options, analyze feedback, and create interventions
- Ability to design upskilling interventions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experiment-driven approach to adoption

- Turn enablement expectations into practical day-to-day support
