About the Role
You will partner with business stakeholders across multiple workstreams to gather requirements, translate business processes into ServiceNow solutions, and advise on platform capabilities. You will document current and future-state processes, write user stories and functional requirements, facilitate workshops and demos, support UAT, training, and adoption, and liaise between business and technical teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of business analysis experience
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, IRM, CSM, SecOps, CLM, or Vendor/Procurement modules
- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications or user stories
- Facilitation skills for requirements workshops with non-technical stakeholders
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to evaluate where ServiceNow adds value
- Background in change management or user adoption and training
- Exposure to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks as they relate to IRM
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Translate business processes and pain points into ServiceNow-compatible solutions
- Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow capabilities and recommend suitable approaches
- Document current-state and future-state processes
- Write user stories and requirements for the development team
- Facilitate workshops and demos for process design
- Support UAT, training, and adoption for workstream rollouts
- Liaise between business teams and technical or implementation teams
