About the Role
You will lead a team of Implementation Engineers delivering complex customer integrations and helping customers go live efficiently. You will guide technical projects, support escalation management, coach team members, improve processes, lead change initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and advance strategic organizational objectives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building and managing implementation managers, technical consultants, or solution engineers
- Experience with integration projects in professional services, finance, retail, or technology
- Track record of driving global process change and establishing tools and procedures
- Understanding of global organizations and international collaboration
- Understanding of global commerce and regional client dependencies
Responsibilities
- Lead Implementation Engineers to deliver customer integrations and go-live projects
