About the Role

You will set the strategic direction for private capital evergreen product management while shaping product positioning, fundraising materials, investor communications, and lifecycle deliverables. You will lead and develop people, support investor diligence and distributor onboarding, provide market insights, improve workflows, and coordinate with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in private markets product management
  • Strong understanding of private equity capital products, fundraising processes, and investor and distributor requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior product management role owning complex deliverables end to end
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to translate complex information into compelling product narratives
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • High standards for accuracy and quality
  • Structured workload management across multiple products, stakeholders and geographies
  • Confidence engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with evergreen or semi-liquid fund structures
  • Private wealth experience
  • Experience across multiple geographies or within a global organisation
  • Familiarity with workflow optimisation or process standardisation initiatives
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
  • Exposure to thought leadership or market insights production in financial services

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop the global Private Capital EPM team
  • Own product positioning for private capital evergreen offerings
  • Oversee fundraising assets and product lifecycle deliverables
  • Lead contributions to investor diligence, RFI responses, distributor onboarding and client engagements
  • Shape product insights, thought leadership, trigger-event messaging and investor updates
  • Drive process standardisation, workflow optimisation and automation
  • Coordinate with Coverage, Fund Strategy and other internal teams
