About the Role

You will help scale talent operations by implementing tools, managing stakeholders, building metrics and dashboards, optimizing recruiting workflows, and improving hiring processes. You will support data-driven talent decisions and coach hiring managers on recruitment, interviewing, and assessment practices.

Requirements

Previous experience working within or with Talent functions
Project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple moving parts across teams
Ability to quickly onboard and master talent software
Experience with data and building metrics dashboards is a plus
Experience working with Ashby is a plus
Technical ability to code or create coded solutions
Strong stakeholder management experience
Experience creating, improving, or automating workflows

Responsibilities

Improve recruiting workflows including interview scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management
Design, implement, and launch strategic Talent projects
Use AI, workflow automations, and technology in Talent projects
Identify and evaluate Talent tools
Design Talent processes and standard operating procedures
Help implement the Talent data strategy
Build and maintain reports on the hiring funnel
Surface hiring bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
Coach hiring managers on recruitment, interviewing, and talent assessment best practices
