About the Role

You will own and run full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market, product, operations, and compliance roles. You will proactively source and engage candidates, manage outreach, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closings. You will design and implement the talent acquisition strategy, build structured interview processes, manage the applicant tracking system, and establish excellent candidate experience standards. You will partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring roadmaps, and provide data-driven insights on pipeline health and time-to-hire.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition leadership with significant hands-on recruiting in the last 12 months
  • Strong background recruiting in fintech and/or crypto, ideally in early-stage or high-growth companies
  • Proven ability to source and close senior, hard-to-hire technical and business roles
  • Experience as the first or early talent acquisition hire at a company is a plus
  • Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing
  • Strong existing network across fintech and/or crypto talent markets
  • Ability to operate independently and build structure from ambiguity
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience implementing and managing ATS platforms (Ashby preferred)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market, product, operations, and compliance roles
  • Proactively source and engage candidates leveraging fintech and/or crypto talent networks
  • Run end-to-end recruiting processes including outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategy, recruiting processes, and hiring best practices
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define job descriptions, and align on hiring priorities
  • Build structured interview processes including interview loops, scorecards, and interviewer training
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Establish and continuously improve candidate experience standards, communication, and feedback loops
  • Provide data and insights on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and recruiting effectiveness
  • Lead workforce planning and hiring roadmaps with leadership
