About the Role

You will take full ownership of core people domains including talent acquisition, people operations, learning and development, and office management. You will partner closely with recruitment to shape hiring strategy and elevate hiring practices. You will act as a strategic HR partner to the CEO and C-level leaders, supporting leadership effectiveness and organizational design. You will build and scale learning and development with a focus on leadership development and manager capability. You will evolve people processes and HR practices to create measurable impact and support the evolution of culture, values, and internal communication. You will oversee office operations to ensure the workplace supports collaboration and productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably Head of HR or similar
  • Strong background in psychology, psychotherapy, coaching, or related field
  • Experience building learning and development initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic HR partner with business and product context
  • Strategic mindset with passion for people and culture
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, complex organization
  • Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak
  • Willingness to be regularly present in the office (hybrid)
