About the Role
You will proactively source and engage passive candidates across multiple regions, with a strong focus on APAC. You will build talent maps and evergreen pipelines, conduct candidate screens, provide market intelligence, partner with hiring stakeholders, analyze sourcing metrics, and represent the employer brand in recruiting communities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting or dedicated sourcing experience
- Track record of building pipelines from scratch
- APAC sourcing experience
- Experience recruiting across multiple regions and time zones
- Advanced Boolean and X-ray search skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, portfolio platforms, and regional sourcing channels
- Strong written outreach skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing CRMs
- Ability to work with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Crypto, Web3, or fintech recruiting experience is beneficial
- Additional APAC language capability is beneficial
- Experience building talent communities or running sourcing events is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel sourcing across US, LATAM, and APAC
- Build talent maps across APAC markets
- Develop region-specific sourcing and outreach strategies
- Produce organizational maps, talent reports, and compensation benchmarks
- Engage, screen, and nurture passive candidates
- Maintain evergreen pipelines and talent communities
- Run intake, calibration, and pipeline review sessions
- Track sourcing funnel metrics and redirect effort based on results
- Support recruiting events, meetups, and community engagement
