About the Role
You independently manage full-cycle recruitment for complex professional roles across multiple functions and business units. You build sourcing strategies, assess candidates, advise hiring managers, develop talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, manage vendors, and ensure compliant recruiting practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience recruiting senior-level professionals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience
- Strong consultative skills
- Professional social networking expertise
- Applicant Tracking System experience
- Experience developing, assessing, attracting, and hiring senior-level talent
- Project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- 3+ years of agency recruiting experience preferred
- Experience using Workday and Beamery
