About the Role
You will lead technology recruiting from search strategy and sourcing through offer and close. You will partner with technology leaders, map talent, assess candidates, improve interviews and candidate experience, diagnose stalled searches, build scalable practices, and use AI and automation to improve hiring.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 5+ years recruiting technical talent
- Technical recruiting experience across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, IT, Information Security, and technical business or support functions
- Experience identifying and closing senior and specialized technical talent
- Sourcing and proactive pipeline-building experience
- Technical fluency
- Experience with recruiting technology, AI, automation, and sourcing tools
- Follow security policies and data handling procedures
- Complete mandatory security awareness training
- Report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technology recruiting
- Partner with technology leaders to define hiring strategies
- Build sourcing and talent-mapping strategies
- Use market insight and data to support hiring decisions
- Improve role scoping, assessment, interviewing, candidate closing, and candidate experience
- Diagnose and adjust searches that are off track
- Build scalable hiring practices
- Use AI, automation, and recruiting technology
- Serve as the internal expert on technology talent acquisition
