About the Role

You will own the full recruitment cycle across multiple functions, building real relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build hiring plans and move quickly without cutting corners. You will proactively source talent across channels relevant to Vietnam's tech and gaming market, including LinkedIn, ITviec, Facebook communities, Discord servers, and game dev forums. You'll lead employer branding efforts, from writing job descriptions to representing the company at industry events and online communities. You will manage relationships with recruitment vendors and external partners, keeping quality high and spend accountable. You'll also plan and run internal events and engagement initiatives such as onboarding sessions, team bonding, and career talks, while tracking hiring metrics and bringing data-backed suggestions to improve the process.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in Talent Acquisition or a closely related role with hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Comfortable hiring across both technical and non-technical roles
  • Genuine interest in games, music, or creative tech
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and manage expectations
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Organized and proactive with strong follow-through
  • Experience coordinating internal events or cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions including Creative, Tech, Product, Liveops, UA, and Publishing
  • Partner with hiring managers to build hiring plans and align on candidate profiles
  • Source candidates proactively across channels such as LinkedIn, ITviec, Facebook communities, Discord, and game dev forums
  • Lead employer branding touchpoints including job description writing and presence at industry events
  • Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and external partners
  • Plan and run internal events and engagement initiatives such as onboarding sessions, team bonding, and career talks
  • Track hiring metrics and identify bottlenecks
  • Bring data-backed suggestions to improve the recruitment process
