About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruitment for sales and GTM roles across key APAC markets, sourcing, screening, and managing pipelines of Mandarin-speaking candidates. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and debrief candidates to identify top talent across teams. You'll conduct as many first-round interviews as needed to meet hiring targets with top-caliber candidates, using different interview techniques. You'll maintain strong candidate experience and employer branding in the region, manage external job postings and recruiting platforms to attract and engage unique talent, and maintain applicant tracking data while reporting on hiring results and recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on APAC
- Proven track record of hiring for commercial and sales roles across Fintech
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise your day effectively and work in a multitasking mode
- Proactivity and results-driven approach
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Native/fluent in Mandarin
- Fluent in English (C1 written and spoken)
- Understanding of local employment practices and talent expectations
