About the Role
You will primarily focus on recruiting top talent while supporting a variety of HR initiatives that enhance employee experience. You'll work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and contribute to HR operations and people programs as the business grows. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruiting expertise who is excited to expand their HR capabilities and grow as a versatile People professional.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in Game, Web3, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employment branding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with experience leveraging AI-powered tools
- Curious about emerging HR technologies and proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows
- Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, leveraging AI-powered tools where appropriate
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
- Serve as a trusted People partner, providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers
- Partner with the People team to ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal HR processes
- Support and execute People initiatives, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, HR operations, reporting, and employee engagement programs
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and HR technology
- Drive continuous improvement of People processes, systems, and documentation
