About the Role
You will administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Okta, Active Directory, Windows, Linux, virtualization, and network infrastructure. You will automate operational work with scripts, document systems and procedures, troubleshoot escalated tickets, and participate in on-call support.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance upon hire
- At least 3 years of systems administration or IT infrastructure experience
- Microsoft Intune experience
- Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Okta or comparable identity-provider administration experience
- Azure administration skills
- Virtualization experience
- Fortinet product experience
- Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and VPN
- Active Directory administration experience
- Windows Server administration experience
- Linux server administration experience
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting proficiency
- U.S. Person status
Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Manage endpoint configuration and compliance policies through Microsoft Intune
- Administer Okta identity, SSO, and MFA policies
- Maintain Windows Server and Linux Server environments
- Administer virtualization platforms
- Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, switches, and VPNs
- Manage Active Directory and group policies
- Write automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Maintain system documentation and runbooks
- Resolve escalated support tickets and participate in on-call rotation
