About the Role
You will administer and optimize Windows, Linux, and macOS systems and enterprise infrastructure. You will manage identity, endpoint, cloud, networking, assets, upgrades, migrations, automation, documentation, incidents, disaster recovery, and maintenance. You will troubleshoot complex issues, lead technical projects, and mentor junior administrators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years administering enterprise IT infrastructure and systems
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and JAMF
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, VPN, firewalls, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, upgrades, migrations, and scripting
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and planned maintenance
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Windows, Linux, and macOS systems
- Implement and support cloud, identity, endpoint, collaboration, and core IT infrastructure
- Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, authentication, and access controls
- Manage Intune, JAMF, and endpoint platforms
- Execute upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle replacements
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, operating system, cloud, application, and networking issues
- Develop automation with PowerShell or Bash
- Maintain documentation and manage hardware and software assets
- Participate in incident response, change management, disaster recovery, and on-call support
