About the Role
You will design and manage digital workplace services with a focus on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, VDI, and software distribution. You will manage Microsoft 365 collaboration services, hardware certification, endpoint security, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Knowledge of Intune and SCCM
- Knowledge of client PC strategy, mobile device management, hardware certification, VDI, and software distribution
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
- Knowledge of PowerShell, .NET, Visual Basic, JavaScript, and C++
- Knowledge of distributed IT solution guidelines and network infrastructure
- Understanding of IT security principles and data protection regulations
Responsibilities
- Design and manage digital workplace services and end-user device solutions
- Manage hardware certification processes
- Develop and implement Windows 11 client PC and operating system strategies
- Manage software packaging, integration, certification, distribution, lifecycle, and patching
- Administer the VDI platform
- Manage mobile devices
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Collaborate with IT security teams to implement endpoint security practices
- Maintain documentation for workplace configurations, changes, and procedures
