About the Role
You will own internal IT infrastructure, PC fleet management, access provisioning, network configuration, customer-site support, and IT intake. You will troubleshoot GPU and kernel issues, maintain government-enclave controls, support DevOps-adjacent systems, document procedures, and reduce reliance on external IT support.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on IT systems administration, infrastructure, or related experience
- Linux knowledge, preferably Ubuntu
- Networking fundamentals
- Experience with Ansible or similar configuration-management tools
- Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate blockers
- Ability to work onsite in Carson, California and travel to customer sites
- Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT escalation point
- Manage PC provisioning, imaging, Ansible configuration, and TeamViewer enrollment
- Troubleshoot GPU driver and kernel update issues
- Support tool integrations, access management, onboarding, offboarding, and network configuration
- Maintain government enclave logging and access controls
- Establish and manage an IT ticketing workflow
- Support CI runners, VPNs, DNS, and internal tooling deployments
- Provide customer-site IT support
- Document fixes and standard operating procedures
